Coming from health, fitness, and gym ownership, movement and wellbeing have always been a huge part of our lives. But as we moved through our mid-30s and into our 40s, we started noticing something changing.

Recovery wasn’t the same.

The soreness lasted longer. Tight muscles, aches, stiffness, low energy, poor mobility, things we never used to think twice about started becoming part of everyday life. Whether it was after training, long work days, running businesses, parenting, or simply keeping up with life, we realised our bodies weren’t bouncing back the way they used to.

And honestly? We knew we weren’t alone.

So many people around us, gym members, tradies, busy parents, everyday Aussies were saying the same thing:

“I just don’t feel like my body anymore.”

That’s when we discovered and researched the benefits of infrared therapy.

We were genuinely surprised by how something so simple could become such an important part of everyday recovery, helping support movement, relaxation, recovery, and making us feel better in our bodies again.

That moment sparked something bigger.
